What's included in the free trial?
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features of that plan. No credit card required to start. After the trial, you can choose to subscribe or your account will be paused.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, and downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you charge transaction fees?
No, we never charge transaction fees or commissions on your orders. You keep 100% of your revenue.
What happens after my trial ends?
After your 14-day trial, you'll have a 7-day grace period to add a payment method. During this time, you can still access your account. After the grace period, your account will be paused until you subscribe.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes! The Business plan includes 3 locations with a multi-location dashboard, and you can add more with the extra-location add-on. For chains with 20+ locations, the Scale plan adds integrations, API access, and dedicated support — talk to our sales team.
